Dataplex Help / FAQs
It would be helpful to get a picture of a BSOD the next time you get one. To do this, you need to set your system up so that it doesn't automatically reboot when a BSOD happens.
-
Right click on Computer, then click Properties
-
In the left hand pane, double click Advanced System Settings
-
Under Startup and Recovery, click Settings
-
Under System Failure, uncheck "Automatically Restart"
-
Under "Write debugging information", click on the arrow and choose "Small memory dump"
-
Click OK to save off your settings.

Mini dumps and pictures or notes from a BSOD are very helpful in debugging any problems you may have.
