Error Message

When you run the Dataplex Status executable, you may see the following status message.

Status = Disabled (Code = 0XF0413 !!!)

Possible Reason:

There are several reasons that may cause Dataplex to come up "Disabled." Most of the issues that would cause the 0XF0413 status code were fixed in version v1.2.x.x.

Troubleshooting

1. Make sure your system is not configured to dual-boot. Dataplex does not support dual-boot systems.

2. Download and install the latest version of Dataplex

3. If you are still encountering this issue, or see a different status code, please follow the instructions to generate diagnostic information for you system and email the results, along with a description of your motherboard (make, model, etc), to [email protected], so we may help you troubleshoot further.
